Starting with the “Involuntary Canines” movies, Wolf Man presents the classic monster but within a family context, where the small family will have to deal with one of these animals. Director Leigh Whannell continues to develop classic monster films. Coming from the Invisible Man now features the Wolf Man, and although it doesn't do a bad job and in the end manages to involve the audience, it also leaves you wanting more and missing the experience of the “Invisible” Man a little. A film that feels small and therefore without metaphysical problems and without so many layers, focuses on the theme of paternity and lycanthropy. And this is not necessarily a bad thing, if what you want is to stress out for a while watching werewolves in their most classic form, this is a good option.
