This movie might be the first Australian film I’ve ever seen. The boy in this film grows up little by little, but in a meaningful and steady way. He has such a beautiful mind, one that doesn’t judge others, and that shapes him into a strong and upright person. I think perhaps the vastness and beauty of Australia itself might have influenced him to become like that.
